Please read these terms carefully before registering or using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on the Gymnastics Federation of India (GFI) portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register or use our services.

2. Eligibility

Registration is open to all Indian gymnasts and individuals associated with gymnastics in India. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. GFI reserves the right to reject or revoke any registration if information is found to be false or misleading.

3. User Account & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify GFI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • GFI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
  • Each individual may hold only one registered account.

4. OTP Verification

Account registration and login require OTP (One-Time Password) verification via email or mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are accurate and accessible. OTPs are valid for a limited duration and must not be shared with anyone.

5. Profile Information

You agree to keep your profile information accurate and up-to-date. This includes personal details, contact information, and address. GFI may use this information to communicate updates, event details, and other relevant information related to gymnastics in India.

6. Role Applications

Applications for roles within GFI (such as athlete, coach, referee, etc.) are subject to review and approval by GFI. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. GFI retains the sole discretion to approve, reject, or revoke any role assignment.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating multiple accounts or impersonating another person.
  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Using the portal for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempting to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the portal's functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this portal, including logos, documents, images, and text, is the property of the Gymnastics Federation of India. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Modifications to Terms

GFI reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the portal after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

10. Limitation of Liability

GFI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this portal. The portal is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
